GRANT OF SEWER COLLECTOR LINE
WHEREAS., Lomas Verdes Development Company
{i'GRANTOR~' ) has 'cause'd a system of sewer' lines and appurtenant facil-
ities for the collection of sewage for consumer use t'o be constructed
int~e real property located in the County of San Diego, State of
Cal,i.fornia, as more complete-ly described in the Subdivision Improve-
ment Plans, TM 3842-1 ,'approvedby the City Engineer on April 16, 1980
and entitled "Lomas Verde~f.Estates Unit No.1", a copy of which is on
file in the offices of the City of poway ("CITY").
AND WHEREAS, GRANTOR desires service from. "CITY" in accordance
with current CITY poticy as set forth in CITY Ordinances and Resolu-
tions, receipt of copies ,is acknowledged by GRANTOR and GRANTOR here-
by' applies to CITY for services under the provisions of the above men-
tioned. policy and has offered to dedicate'for CITY use the sewer line
system referred to above;
AND WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for construction of
the system have been prepared by an Engineer licensed by the State of
California and are acceptable to CITY arid have been inspected and ap-
proved by the City Engineer as conforming to current CITY criteria for
such projects:
AND WHEREAS, CITY has inspected and accepted the system as con-
structed as conforming to CITY criteria and the approved plans and spec-
ifications for construction;
AND WHEREAS, CITY has approved acceptance of the dedication of
the said system to CITY use:
NOW, THEREFORE:
Lomas Verdes Development Company
(GRANTOR)
for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
valuable consideration paid by CITY, receipt of which is hereby ac-
" knowledged, does hereby, sell, grant, convey, transfer, assign and
deliver to said CITY, its successors and assigns, all right, title,
ownership and interest in and to said sYstem of sewer lines and
appurtenance facilities pursuant to the plans and specifications on
file with the CITY OF POHAY, DEPT. OF PUBLIC WORKS.
