, the following resolution is adopted:
WHEREAS, at the time of approving the final map of Subdivision
PowayMesa Unit No, 2
Map No. 7244, on file in the of.fice. of the County Recorder of the County of San
Diego, this Board of Supervisors rejected the offer of the hereinafter described
property for use as a street__; and
WHEREAS, ,Section 66477..2{<i) of the Government Code; provides that if any
street is rejected at thetinie 'a final map of subdiv.i'sion is approved, the offer
of dedication shall remain open and may be subsequently accepted by the Board of
Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, the County Engineer has recommended .that the City Council rescind
the Board of Supervisors .rejection of said offer of dedication and accept said
offer_; NOW THEREFORE
