California" hereinafter called GRANTE'E, the right of way and incidents thereto for a public highway upon, over and
across that certain real property in the Ci ty of Poway, State of California, described as follows:

That portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 14 South,
Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego,
State of California, according to United States Government Survey, de-
scribed as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of said Section 14; thence along the
Westerly line of Section 23, South 00026'05" East, 48.00 feet; thence
leaving said Westerly line North 55040'10" East, 166.08 feet; thence
North 55001 '05" East, 173.40 feet; thence North 28004'40" East, 71.38
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North 28004'40"East,
30.22 feet to a point in the centerline of that County Road known as
Oak Knoll Road, being also a point in the Northerly line of that land
described in deed to J.ohn Lawson, recorded December 8, 1915, in Book 701,
