NOTICE OF CODE ENFORCEMENT LIEN
(NUISANCE ABATEMENT)
The CITY OF POWAY (hereafter; the "City") claims a lien on. that certain real property
commonly known as 14272 Jerome Drive, Poway, California, Assessor's Parcel Number 321-
040-49, and legally described as follows:

THE WEST 1,50.00 FEET OF THE NORTH H~LF OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST
QUARTER OF 'THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF TH~ NORT~EAST QUARTER OF
SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 14 SOUTH, RANGE 1 WEST, SAN BERNARDINO MERIDIAN, IN
THE CITY OF POWAY, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING
TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF; AND
THE NORTH HALF OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE
S,OUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 14
SOUTH, RANGE 1 WEST, SAN BERNARDINO MERIDIAN, IN THE CITY OF POWAY,
COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT
THEREOF (hereafter, the "Property").
Pursuant to the terms of Pow'ay Municipal Code Chapter &.72,"the owner of the Propeliy is
indebted to the City in the sum ,of Nineteen Thousand, Three Hundred Twenty-Three Dollars
and Eighty-Nine Cents ($19,323.89) including late payment penalties, by reason of failure to pay
invoiced costs incurred by the City for a nuisance abatement conducted at the Property,
The nuisance abatement occurred in conformance with Poway Municipal Code Chapte.r 8.72,
and was conducted pursuant to an Abatement Warrant issue'd by th)3 San [)iego Superior Court
pursiJant to Code o(Civil Procedure section 1822.50, in Case No. 37-2008-00088427-CU-MCc
CTL. The owners of the 'Property, Bill and Lori Moritz, were. dulY notified, and an opportunity to
correct the violations was provided according to law. Therigllt to seek judicial review of the
nuisance determination and/or the cost of the nuisan'ce abatement has expired.
The recording of this lien is authorized by Poway Municipal Code section 8.72.030.
