The CITY OF POWAY (hereafter; the "City") has determined that Municipal Code violations
exist on that certain real property commonly known as 14272 Jeror'n"e Drive, Poway, California,
Assessor's Parcel Number 321-040-49, and legally described as follows:
THE WEST 150,00 FEET OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE WESTHALF OF THE SOUTHEAST

SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 14 SOUTH, RANGE 1 WEST, SAN BERNARDINO MERIDIAN, IN
THE CITY OF POWAY, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING
TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF; AND

These violations also constitute a public nuisance pursuant to Poway Municipal Code section
1,08,010(C), The record owners' of the Property, Bill and Lori Moritz, have been duly notified,
