ci pal co~porat ion, that said guest house shall never be rented" I eased or other-
wise used as a second unit and no second kitchen shall ever be installed.
That. this agreement shall run with the land for the protectio,n and benefit
of all parties concerned, a'nd that if the property should hereafter be conveyed
to a~y other person, fi,rin, or corporation that the instrument, liy means of 'which
t.itle or any interest in or to said real property, or any parcel thereof is con-
veyed wi 11 conta in a restri cti on limiting the use of the part or parcel 50 con-
veyed, or in the event of the conveyance of the whole of said property
hereinbefore described, then to use the whole of sa,id property in keeping with
this agreement.
That if said agreement is violated at any time, action shall be taken by the
