STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF A CERTAIN
ONE~FOOT WIOESTRTfi ,OF LAND LYING WIl'HIN CdUNTY OF SAN DIEGO
TRACT 3773 MAPNb. 9630 AND. ORDERINifTI:lE VACATION OF THE
ABUTTER '5 Rt GHTS OF ACCESS REU NQU I SHED AND WAI VED
IN AND TO JANETTE LANE PER MAP NO. 9630
WHEREAS, on County of San Di ego Tract 3'773 recorded Apri,l 22, 1980, as Map
No. 9630 in the oHice of the county Re'corder, there is offered for dedication
for public street purposes a certa.in one~foot :wide strip at the enej of Janette'
Lane, and
WHEREAS, on said Map No. 9630; the County .of San Diego re)ec'ted the offer of
dedication on said one-foot wide strip as hereinafter more 'parti'cularly
descri bed, and
WHEREAS, because of the 'approval and impending recordation of the final map
of City of powayParcel Map, No. 89-09, it is in the best interest of the City of
Poway that said one-foot wide strip be now accepted for pUblic use for street
purposes, and
WHEREAS, on County of San Di ego T.ract 3773, recorded in the Offi ce of the
County recorder as Map No. 9630, there were reI inquished and waived abutter' s
rights of access in and to the southerly 26-feet of the east end of Janette
_Lane,and
WHEREAS". tJe~ause of the approval ,and impending recordaUon of the final map
of City of Poway:Parcel Map No. 89-09, there is n6 longer any reason for those
relinquished and waived abutter's rights of a'ccess to remain.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows:
1. The City of poway hereby resctndsthe rejection C!f said ~Jrip, .and dO,es
hereby accept for publ ic use fors,treet purposes the following:
a., Lot A designated as "reserved' for 'future' ,street" 'on County of San
Diego Tract.3773 recorded Aprfl 22, 1980 as Map No.. 9630 in the Office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County, Cal Hornia.
2. The City Council hereby finds the previously relinquished and waived
abutter's rights of access across said Lot A in and to Janette Lane are
hereby vacated.
3. The City Clerk of the City of poway is authorized and directed to cause
a ,certified c.opy of th).s resolution to be recorded in the Of,fice of the
,Recorder of San Di ego County.
