The Easterly 90.75 feet of all that portion of that certain
9 acre Tract of land being in the South Half of the South Half
of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast ~uarter of Section 12
and the North 10 acres of the Northwest Q.uarter of the Northeast
Q.uarter of Sect'1on 13, all in TO~ll1s hip 14 Sout h, Range 2 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of
