WHEREAS,
May 24, .1979
pursuant to Resolution'No. 79-5? adopted
,the Pomerado County Water District has
entered into an agreement with Hilrry A' Si"l verstei n
for the construction of a pUQlic sewer system in the project known as
Twin Peaks Road & Ranqe Park Road Extension
'and,
WHEREAS ,Harr)i A <;i 1 "er,t@in has submitted
a plan for the construction of the sewer system in the project which
has been approved by Pomer.ado County Water Di.strict; and,
WHEREAS, the sewerage system has been constructed in accordance
'with District specifications and the Deve~oper has filed and recorded
a Notice of Completion, on September 6, 1979
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS
OF THE POMERADO

in the real property located in the County of San Diego, State of
California, as more completely described in the sewer extension Range Park

AND WHEREAS, GRANTOR desires service from "District" in accordance
with current District policy as set forth in District Ordinances and
Resolutions, receipt of copies is acknowledged by GRANTOR, and GRANTOR
hereby applies to DISTRICT for services under the provisions of the
above mentioned policy and has offered to dedi.cate for DISTRICT use
the sewer 1 ine system referr.ed to above;
AND WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for construction of the
system have been prepared by an Engineer licensed by the State of
California and are acceptable to DISTRICT and have been inspected and
approved by the DISTRICT Engineer as conforming t6 current DISTRICT
criteria for such projects:
AND WHEREAS, DISTRICT has inspected and accepted the system as
constructed as conforming to DISTRICT crite~ia and the approved plans
and specifications for construction;
AND WHEREAS, DISTRICT has approved acceptance of the dedication
of the said system to DISTRICT use:

for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
valuable consideration paid by POMERADO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, a public
corporation, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby sell,
grant, convey, tranfer, assign and deliver to said POMERADO COUNTY
,t WATER DISTRICT, its successors and assigns, all right, title, ownership
and interest in ,and to said system uf sewer lines and appurtenant facili-
ties pursuant to the plans and specifications on file with the San Diego
County Engineer and the DISTRICT.
