WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 78-71
April 24. 1978
the Po~erado County Water District
into an agreement with Frank Cars.Q1)
for the construction of a public sewer system in the project known as
"DEL PEDRIGAL"
and,
WHEREAS,
Frank Carson
has submitted
a plan for the construction of the sewer system in the project which has
be'en appro\'ed by Pomerado Coun1:Y Water District; and,
WHEREAS, the sewerage system has been constructed in accordance
with District specifications and the Developer has filed and recorded
a Notice of Completion on June 25, 1979
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE POMERADO COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS,FOLLOWS:

Section 2: A copy of the Grant is attached hereto and 1n-

in the real property located in the County of San Diego, State of
California, as more completely described in the Subdivision Improve-

a copy of which is also on file in the offices of the Pomerado County
Water District (District).

AND WHEREAS, GRANTOR desires service from "District" in accordance
with current District policy as set forth in District Ordinances and
'Resolut ions, receipt of copies- -isuacknowleaged by GRANTOR, and GRANTOR
hereby applies to DISTRICT for services under the provisions of the
above mentioned policy and has offered to dedicate for DISTRICT use
the sewer line system referred to above;
AND WHEREAS, the plans and speCifications for construction of the
system have been prepared by an Engineer licensed by the State of
California and are acceptable to'DISTRICT,and.have been'inspected and
approved by the DISTRICT Engineer' as ~onforming to current DISTRICT
criteria for su~h projects:
AND WHEREAS, DISTRICT has inspected and accepted the system as
constructed as conforming to DISTRICT criteria and the approved plans
and specifications for 'construc~ion;
AND WHEREAS, DISTRICT has approved acceptance of the dedicat~on

grant, convey, tranfer, assign and deliver to said POMERADO COUNTY
WATER ,DISTRICT, its successors and assigns, all right, title, ownership
and interest in and to said system of sewer lines and appurtenant facili~
ties p~rsuant to the plans and 5pecifications on file with the San DiegQ
County Engineer and the DISTRICT.
