Diego, State of Cal i fornia, pursuant to an Agreement between R.S.M., a
Joint Venture (Developer) and Pomerado County Water District which was
executed on October 31, 1977, and is described as follows:
The sewerage system for subdivision improvement plans, TM 3087-1,
approved and filed by the San Diego County Engineer on February 25,
1974 and entitled "Plans For the Improvement of The Ranch Unit 2" u~"~1
a copy of which is also on file in the offices of the Pomerado p..........
County Water District.
