been approved by Pomerado County Water District; and,
WHEREAS, the sewerage.. system has been constructed in accordance,

a Notice of Completion on

WHEREAS, San Marcos Development Company ("Grantor") has caused a
system of sewer lines and appurtenant facilities for the collection of
sewage for consumer use to be constructed in the real property located
in the County of San Diego, State of California, as more completely
described in the Subdivision Improvement Plans, TM 2949-2, approved by
the County Engineer on January 12, 1973 and entitled "Plans For
Improvements In and Adjoining Pacific Homes of San Diego Unit No.2",
a copy of which is also on file in the offices of the Pomerado County
Water District (District).
AND WHEREAS, GRANTOR desires service from "District" in accordance
with current District policy as set forth in District Ordinances and
Resolutions, receipt of copies is acknowledged by GRANTOR, and GRANTOR
hereby applies to DISTRICT for services under the provisions of the
above mentioned policy and has offered to dedicate for DISTRICT use
the sewer line system referred to above;
AND WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for construction of the
system have been prepared by an Engineer licensed by the State of
California and are acceptable to DISTRICT and have been inspected and
approved by the DISTRICT Engineer as conforming to current DISTRICT
criteria for such projects:
AND WHEREAS, DISTRICT has inspected and accepted the system as
constructed as conforming to DISTRICT criteria and the approved plans
and specifications for construction;
AND WHEREAS, DISTRICT has approved acceptance of the dedication of
the said system to DISTRICT use:

NOW, THEREFORE:
San Marcos Development Company
(GRANTOR)
for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
valuable consideration paid by POMERADO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, a public
corporation, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby sell,
grant, convey, transfer, assign and deliver to said POMERADO COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT, its successors and assigns, all right,~title. ownership
and interest in and to said system of sewer lines and appurtenant
facilities pursuant to the plans and specifications on file with the
San Diego County Engineer and the DISTRICT.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the GRANTOR has executed this document this
7th day of March, 1979,
