GRANT OF THE SEWER SYSTEM IN Padre Woads
,WHEREAS, pursuant to. Resalutian No.. 78-35 adapted
,Navembe'f 9, 1977 ,the Pamerada' County ',Water District has entered
f'nt'a an agreement with CENTRAL-MARK II
far the canstructian af a public sewer system in the praject knawn as
Padre Waads
and,
WHEREAS,
CENTRAL-MARK II
has submitted
a plan far the canstructian, af the sewer sys,temin the praject whi.ch has

b~en appraved by POmerada Caunty Water District; and,
WHEREAS, the 'sewerage system has been canstructed in accordance
with District specificat'ians and the Deyeloper has filed and recarded
a Natice af Campletian an December 18, 19q8
