RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIREGTORS OF THE POllffiRADO
COUNTY:WATER DISTRICT APPR8VING AND ACCEPTING THE
GRANT OF 'THE SEWER.SYSTEM IN
"Via Soinbr:as ,Sewer Extension"
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 78-64 adopted
Fehnlarv 27. 1978 the' Pomerado County Water District has entered
into an agreement with David G. Staub
for the construction of a public sewer system in the project known as
Via Sombras Sewer Extension
and,
WHEREAS,
David G. Staub
has submitted
,
a plan for the construction of the sewer system in the' pr()ject which has
been approved by Pomerado County Water District; and,
WHEREAS, the sewerage system has been constructed in accordance
with District specifications and the Developer has filed and recorded
a Notice of Completion on September 6, 1978
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE POMERADO COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND. ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Grant by

Section 2: A copy of the Grant is attached hereto and in-
corporated herein as Exhibit "A".

Resolutions, receipt of copies is acknowledged by GRANTOR, and GRANTOR
hereby applies to DISTRICT for services under the provisions of the
above, mentioned po'licy and has offered to dedicate for DISTR'ICT use
the sewer line system referred to above;
AND WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for construction of the
system have been, prepared by an Engineer licensed by the State of
