Notice is hereby ,given that the water .system known as LADERA PIEDRA
for which BCC ASSOCIATES entered into "STANDARD AGREEMENT, FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF WATER SYSTEM TO SERVE PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT - LADERA PIEDRA" has been
completed in accordance with said "Agreement" and has been accepted as
part of the District's sys,tem for continuous maintenance and operation on
the 30th day of August, 1977.
In witness whereof this Notice of Completion & Acceptance has been
executed under authority of a directive from the Board of Directors of
said poway Municipal Water District by Harry Barber, General Manager of
the District
