On December 16, 1976 , there was recorded with the San Diego
County Recorder at File Page No. 76-421803 an Acknowledgment With
Respect To Limitation of Water Service relating to-certain described
lots within the boundaries of POWAY H1JNICIPALWATER DISTRICT.
Party Bein~ Released-- TIERRA 'BONITA ESTATES; a limited partnership
Since Decemoer .Lb, 1976 ,the obligations which require the limita-
tion, of water service have been satisfied with respect to the herein-
after described lots.
Accordingly, POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT releases the following
described lot(s) from the limitations described in said recorded
document:
