By Agreement Respecting Temporary Water Connection filed for record
on October 10, 1972, File/Page 271352, Bocik. 1972, Official Records of
the San Diego County Recorder, Clifford,Valenzario as owner of the lands
within the boundaries of POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, San Diego
County, California, described as 14339 Sycamore Avenue, Assessor's Tax
Parcel No. 314-182-29 Parcel "D", acknowledged 'for himself and his
successors, his understanding and agreement that POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER
DISTRICT would permit a temporary connection for a water supply to said
property subject to ccinditionthat "Should District or others hereafter
install or provide a bist=orict 'water main adj'acent to Owner's property
which would extend to Owner" s-' property so a-s' to serve all portions thereof,
the' 'temporary connection permit by this agreement' shall, upon demand. :by
the District, be:~terminated." Said cond'ition has been satisfied and
POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT will now furnish w:aterfrom 'tp_e :District
main adjacent to owner's property and the Agreement is of no further
force and effect.
