of a public sewer'system in the project knowr. as Rancho Pornerado Unit #3 ; and,
NO FEE
WHEREAS, 'The Developer
has ~Jbmitted a plan for the
construction of the sewer system in the project which has been approved by
Pomerado County Water District; and,
WHEREAS, the sewerage system has been. constructed in accordance
with District specifications and the Developer has filed and recorded a Notice
of Completion on November 16, 1976.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DmECIDRS OF THE PCMERADO COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT OOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: - The Grant bF~J~Ralpn Wiesehan Developinent Co.
of , the public sewer system 'in Rancho Pomerado Unit #3 is accepted this date.
Section 2: A copy of the: Grant is attached'hereto and in-
corporated herein as Exhibit "A".
