Quitclaim Deed from Pomerado County Water District to StoneRidge Country
Club, Inc" dated October 24, 1973, recorded in the office of the Recorder
of the County of San Diego October 30, 1973 as Document #73-303738, Said
Quitclaim Deed covers a portion of Lot 374, Valle Verde Country Club Estates
in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map No, 4683
on file in the County Recorder's office and as fully described therein.
I further certify that by the authority vested in me and as
approved by the Board of Directors of the Pomerado County Water District,
hereby transfer all rights, interest and ownership of all remaining buildings,
structures ,appurtenances and equipment whatsoever remaining over, under or
upon the site of the former Valle Verde Community Services District se,age
treatment plant site as described in the Quitclaim Deed delivered in hand to
Donald D. Fischer, known to me to be the President of the StoneRidge Country
Chili, Inc.
