An easement for sewer main purposes 10,00 feet in width lying
wi thin that portion of Lots 8, through 12 inclusive, and that
portion of Seventh Street closed by Resolution Document No. 91302
and recorded in Book 6627, page 335 of Official Records, all be-
ing in Tract "F" of Poway, in the County of San Diego, State of
California according to map thereof No, 536, filed in the office
of the County Recorder of said San Diego County, May 7, 1888,
the centerline of said 10.00 foot wide strip more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map
No. 3422 recorded in the 9ffice of the County Recorder of San
Diego County January 23, 1975 as File No, 75-016509 of Official
Records; thence along the Northerly line of said Parcel 2 North
89010'26" west, 25,04 feet to a point on a 200.00 foot radius
curve concave Westerly, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BE-
GINNING; thence Northerly along said curve from a tangent bearing
of North 70024'11" West, through an angle of 13036'49" a distance
of 47,52 feet; thence North 84001'00" West, 70,87 feet; thence
