is hereby given that the project known as POWAY
Notice
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, WATER FILTRATION PLANT, for which
poway Municipal Water District contracted with HOMER J.
OLSEN, INC"has been completed in accordance with the plans

and specifications and has been accepted by the Board of
Directors of poway Municipal Water District on the 18th day
of April, 1972.
In witness whereof this Notice of Completion has been exe-
cuted under authority of a directive from the Board of Directors
of sajd poway Municipal Water District by Harry W. Frame, General
Manager of the District.
