ance and repair of a drainage ditch and appurtanants structures over that portion

Township 14 South, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, lying 15 feet either side of "
the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Northeast quarter lying there-
on 991.95 feet from the Northeast corner thereof; thence along an arc of a 326.21
foot radius curve concave Westerly whose center is the Northwest corner of said
Northeast quarter a distance of 250 feet more or less to the centerline of an
existing natural drainageway.
An easement and right of way for the constructiom,' maintenance and operation
of an open drainage channel across and through that portion of the Northeast 1/4
of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 14, Township 14, South, Range 2 West, San Bernar-
dino Base and Meridian, More particularly described as follows:
A 10 foot strip of land lying 5 feet on either side of the following described
line:
Beginning at a point on the North line of said Northeast 1/4 lying thereon
230 feet from the Northwest corner thereof; thence South 40 degrees 34" 55' East
106.19 feet to the Westerly line of that 30 feet drainage Easement recorded in
Book 6771, page 68 of Official Records of San Diego County.
