perpetual right to remove buildings, structures, trees, bushes
undergrowth, flowers and any other obs,tructions interfering
with the use ofsa-id easment and right of way by Grantee, its
successors or assigns.
To have and to hold said easement and right of way unto itself
and unto its successors and assigns forever.
The real property referred to hereinabove and made subject to
said easement and Tight of way by this grant is situated in the
C.ounty of San Diego, ,State of California, and is particularly
described as follows:
An easement and right of way for sewer line purposes and appurtenances ,thereto
together with the right'of ingress to and egress from for the purposes .of
operation, maintenanc"e", repair and repla'c.ement of said sewer line, :ove"i:,-
under, along and across that portion of Block 22 of Piermont, in the' 'County
of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 331 filed

in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, May 27, 1887', and
a portion of vacated Windsor Street as shown on said Map No. 331, lying
within a strip of lano 10.00 feet in width the center line of said strip
being described as follows:

Commencing at the intersection of the center line of Edgemoor Street with the
center line of Midland Avenue as shown on said Map No. 331; thence along the
center line of said Midland Avenue and the Southerly prolongation thereof,
South 00020' 30" East, 628.41 feet; thence' South 88056' 4 7" East 299.00 feet

to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 000'20'30" West, 598.41 feet to
the Southerly line of Edgemoor Street as shown on said Map No. 331;

sors and assigns, not to fence the above described real prop-
erty or to prevent the Grantor, his successors or assigns, from
crossing over said real property and agrees that the Grantor,
his heirs, successors o.n'd assigns may enjoy the continued use
of the surface of said real property herein described, subject
to the conditions abo,ve stated; and the Grantee hereby cove-
nants and agre8s that aft8r the installation of any pipe line
by it in any excavationmade by it in the above described ease-
ment and right of way it will backfill any such excavation mg.-de
by it so as to fill ,said excavation as nearly as practicable to
the level of the surrounding ground, and will replace any oiled,
asphalt or concrete surface with like material and will replace
any fence removed by it.
(As used above, th8 t8rm "grantor" shall include the
plural as well, as the singular number and the words
"himself" and "his" shall include the feminine and
neuter gender as the case may be.)
