EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE AND
hereinafter desir,nated rorantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid bv the POIIERADO
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, or on its behalf, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, dfes hereby grant and convev to the
POMERADO COUNTY \~ATER DISTRICT, hereinafter designated Grantee.
an easement for the installation, construction, operation,
maintenance, repair, replacement and reconstruction of a sewer
pipe or pipe lines, manholes and all structures incidental
thereto upon, through, under, over and across the followinR de-
scribed real property lying and beinr; in the Count~ of San
Diego, State of California, and particularly described as
follows: to wit:
That certain 10-ft. portion of the Southwest Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 14 South, Ran~e 2
\~est, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, accordinp: to United
States Government survey approved August 29, 1890, lyinr, 5,00
feet on each side of the fOllowing described centerline:
Beginning at Station 333+01.65 on the beginninp: of a
curve in the centerline of the pavement of t1ission Road lA,
according to map of said Mission Road lA, Sheet 13, of San Diego
County Hir,hway Commission, on file in the office of the County
Surveyor of said San Diego County; thence North 47031' East
55.92 feet; thence North 7025'13" East 60,92 feet; thence South
82034'47" East 191.00 feet; thence North 85025'52" East 120.35
feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuinr, North
85025'52" East 24,07 feet; thence south 82034'47" East 342.60
feet to the terminus of this easement,

The Grantor, his heirs, successors and assigns may at his
own risk us'e. the. surface of the above described real property
in a manner that willn'ot interfere with or b'e detrimental to
the installation, construction, operation, maintenance, repair,
rePlacement and reconstruction of sewer pipe or pipe lines,
manholes or other structures incidental thereto placed or lo-
cated within said easement; and may at his own risk fence said
real property with gates so as not to restrict ingress or ep,ress
by said Grantee, its agents or representatives, along said ease-
ment, and said Granto.r Il'''lyat his own risk use the surface of
said real property for agricultural purposes, provided no trees,
shrubs or bushes shall be planted or grown thereon,
The Grantor hereby covenants and agrees for himself, his
heirs, successors and assigns, that there shall not be constructed
or maintained upon the above described real property or within
said easement any building or structure of any nature or kind
that will interfere with the installation, construction, operation,
maintenance, repair, replacement or~econstruction of said sewer
line or pipe lines, manholes or othe.r s.tructures incidental thereto
placed or located within said easement by said Grantee, its agents
or representatives.
The Grantee he'reby covenants and agrees for itself, its suc-
cessors and assigns, not to fence the above described real property
or to prevent the Grantor from crossing. over said real propertv
and agrees that the Grantor, his heirs, successors and assigns may
enjoy the continued use of the surface of said real property herein
described, subject to the conditions above stated, and the Grantee
hereby covenants and agrees that after the installation of any Dipe
line by it in the above des cribed easement it will backfi 11 any
excavation made by it so as to fill said excavation as nearly as
practicable to the level of the surrounding ground,
