Reference is made to your March 7, 1974 letter relative to the proposed
San Diego Gas and Electric Company Quitclaim of easements in the Lake Poway
Area. I have reviewed the original title reports issued to cover the project
site and am satisfied that the four documents referred to in the Quitclaim
Deed prepared by S.D.G. and E. Co. ar~ the same as those which were shown as
encumbering the property in the reports. The exceptions shown in the descrip-
tion as Parcels I and 2 are portions of the original easements which they
would retain because their overhead facilities are still in use at these
locations. Enclosed is a map of the site on which the two strips are shown
in their approximate location,
The Quitclaim Deed appears to be in order, and it is recommended that it be
recorded.
