Ord 151ORDINANCE NO. 151 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY (ZC 84-03D) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has approved a General Plan Amendment (GPA 84-03D) amending the land use designation of the propery owned by Kenneth A. Ludden, and Olaf A. and Helen Wahlston, and Benjamin and Alice Ponse from Residential Apartment to Residential Rural C for those portions within the floodway/floodplain; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway finds that the zoning classification of those properties should also be changed to maintain consistency with the General Plan as required by Section 65860 of the California Government Code;. and WHEREAS, a properly noticed public hearing was conducted in accordance with Section 65853, et seq., of the California Government Code to consider this zone reclassification. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: The zoning classification of a portion of the real property described as Assessor Parcel Number 317-101-24 and 27 located on the west side of Community Road, south of Hilleary Place and consisting of aproximately 4.44 total acres, is hereby changed from Residential Apartment (RA) to Rural Residential C (RR-C)for those portions of the parcels lying in the floodway/floodplain. Parcel 24 is no longer in the floodplain as a result of the stock pile permit issued for that site. Introduced and first read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Poway held the 15th day of January, 1985 and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the 22nd day of January, 1985, by the following roll call vote: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: KRUSE, ORAVEC, SHEPARDSON, TARZY, EMERY NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE ABSENT: ATTEST: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE Marjori9 K.
