C, The City has determined that'it carinot perform the work described in R~cital B above, because several property bwrier~ on Eastvale Road have dedinedto gtanteasements to the City which are reqLiiredfor,theperformance of the work, For that reason, the City is proposing 'to amend the .Agreement by providing monetary compensation to Grantor in lieu of performing tlie slurry seal project.
