WHEREAS, THE MOTHER CHURCH, THE FIRST CHURCH OF CHRIST,
SCIENTIST, BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02115, receiyed by distribution
from the Estate of HENRY J. RUSH, Probate Number PN 1982, Superior
Court of California, County of San Diego, on April 19, 1974, a
Judgment in favor of the Executor of the Will of HENRY J. RUSH
against GEOFREY G, LAYNG issued in Superior Court of California,
County of San Diego, Case Number 335422, on December 11, 1973, and
entered in Judgment Book Volume No. 928, page 381;
and, WHEREAS, an Abstract of the said Judgment was re-
corded December 24, 1973, in the Official Records of San Diego
County, California, as File/Page 73-353811;
And, WHEREAS, POMERADO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT has obtained
an easement for right of way for sewer line purposes across the
real property of GEOFREY G. LAYNG located in the COUNTY OF SAN
DIEGO, which real property is subject to the lien of the said
Abstract of Judgment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS COVENANTED AND AGREED by and be-
tween the parties hereto as follows:
1, POMERADO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT shall pay to THE
MOTHER CHURCH, THE FIRST CHURCH OF CHRIST, SCIENTIST, the sum of
$100,00,
2, THE MOTHER CHURCH, THE FIRST CHURCH OF CHRIST,
SCIENTIST, does hereby and herewi.th subordinate the lien of the
Judgment against GEOFREY G, LAYNG granted in Case No. 335422 of
the Superior Court of the County of San Diego, December 11, 1973,
an Abstract of which was recorded December 24, 1973, in the
Official Records of San Diego County, California, as File/Page
73-353811, to the easement over the real property of the said
