dated October 16, 1970 and recorded May 13, 1971 as File No.
99580 of official records in the County of San Diego, State
of California, affecting the hereinafter described real
property in said County and State;
HEREBY subordinate(s) the encumbrance, lien, or charge
of said deed of trust to the easement over said land conveyed
to POMERADO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT on November 26, 1974, by
Instrument recorded December 10. 1974 ,and AGREE that fore-
closure or other enforcement of rights under said deed of ~

An easement for sewer main and appurtenances over
that portion of Lot 58 of Garden City Unit No.3,
in the County of San Diego, State of Califor:1ia,
according to Map thereof No. 5069, filed in the
office ~f the County Rec.rder of San Diego County,
October 31, 1962, described as follows:
Commencing at the most northerly corner of said
Lot 58; said point of commencement being also the
true point of beginning; thence south 660 10' 40"
West 72.41 feet; thence South 500 06' OO"West 6,83
feet; thence South 340 26' 20" East 40,18 feet;
thence North 500 06' 00" East 5,00 feet; thence
North 600 10' 40" East 66.76 feet; thence north
230 49' 20" West 40.00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning.
