~NCHO POWAY, a corporation organized under the laws of
California FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, does hereby GRANT to
the Sta te of
POMERADO COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, a County Water District situated in
the County of San Diego, State of California
the real property in the County of San Diego, State of California,
described as:
An easement and right of way for ingress and egress for road
purposes across that portion of the Northeast ~uarter of Section 21,
Township 14 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County
of San Diego, State of California, 25.00 feet wide, lying 12.50 feet
on each si.de of the following described line:
Attached
RESERVING to the Grantors, their heirs and assigns, the right to
re-enter said land and terminate the estate of Grantee in the event the
sewage treatment facility to be located on the Southerly 400.00 feet
of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 21 is no longer used as a site
for a sewage treatment facility.
The side lines of said relocated easement to be shortened or
lengthened to terminate in the Southerly line of County Survey No. 987
and in the boundary of land described in Book 7062, page 443 of Official
Records.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused its corporate name
and seal to be affixed hereto and this instrument to be executed by
its President, and Secretary thereunto duly authorized.

Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of the County Road
known as Road Survey No. 987, according to Map thereof on file in
the Office of the County Surveyor of said San Diego County, said
point being located opposite center line station 47 plus 00.85,
according to said Map; thence South 3039'22" West 15.65 feet to
the beginning of a 100.00 foot radius curve concave Easterly;
thence Southerly and Southeasterly along said curve 74.37 feet
through a central angle of 42036'30"; thence tangent to said
curve, South 38057'08" East 109.47 feet to the beginnin~ of a
tangent 5000.00 foot radius curve concave Southwesterly, thence
Southeasterly along said curve 99.14 feet through a central angle
of 1008'10"; thence tangent to said curve, South 37048'58"
East 147.75 feet to the beginning of a tangent 140.00 foot radius
curve concave Westerly; thence Southerly along the arc of said
