Notice is hereby given that the project known as
PUMPING STATION NO. 2 ADDITION, IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.

1 for which the POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT contracted
with WEBB PUMP & SUPPLY, INC. was completed in accordance
with the Plans and Specifications on the 19th day of
-February, 1963.
In witness whereof, this Notice of Completion has
been executed under authority of a directive from the
Board of Directors of said POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
by the District's General Manager.

HarryW. Frame, being first duly sworn, deposes and says
that he is General Manager for the POWAY MuNICIPAL WATER
DISTRicT and is familiar with the facts stated in the
foregoing Notice of Completion executed for and on behalf

Completion and knows the contents thereof and that the
same are true.
