Notice is hereby given that the project known as
Espola
Road Water Main
for which
Powav Municipal
Water District contracted with
Ernest W. Collins
has been completed
in accordance with the plans and specifications and has been accepted by_~
the Board of Directors of Poway Municipal Water District on the ~~

In witness whereof this Notice of Completion has been executed under
authority of a directive from the Board of Directors of said Poway
Municipal
Water District by the Project Engineer of Boyle Engineering,
Engineers for the District.
