ing, maintaining, enlarging, repairing, replacing and removing
a sewer line and all appurtenances thereto, together with the
right of ingress and egress for such purposes, in, under, and
over the following described real property:
A strip of land 15 feet wide in the Westerly 330.00 feet of
the Northerly 330.00 feet of the East Half of the ~est Half
of the Southeast one Quarter of Section 18, Township 14 South,
Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County
of San Diego, State of California, according to United &tates
Government Survey approved February 24, 1876, lying 5.00 feet
on the Westerly side and 10 feet on the Easterly side of the
following described line:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said East Half of the
'tiest Half of the Southeast Quarter, Section 18, being also
the intersection of the Westerly line of said East Half and
the center line of Roaa Survey No. 988 of said County as
shown on Record of "urvey No. 3589; thence South 00 06' 40" W
West (Record of Survey No. 35e9, South 00 02' 15" East) along
the Westerly line of said East Half 20.00 feet to the South-
erly line of said Road Survey No. 988; thence South 890 25' 30"
East along said Southerly line of Roaa Survey No. 988 a distance
of 5.00 feet to the TRUE POINT'OF BEGINNING; thence South
00 06' 40" '/Jest parallel to and 5.00 feet at right angles from
said Westerly line of said East Half, a distance of 288.19
