Notice is hereby given that the project known as Water System for Improvement
District No.4, Steel Reservoir, for which the poway ~unicipal Water District
contracted with Pittsburgh-Des Moines Steel Company, has been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications and has
been accepted by the
