All that portion of the Northwest Quarter of the South-
east Quarter of Section 14, Township 14 South, Range 2 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, in the, County of San Diego, State
of California, according to United States Government'Survey
approved November 14. 1580, described as follows!
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14 distant thereon
1002.00 feet Northerly from the Southeast ,corner of said North-
west Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence West parallel with
the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter,
260 feet more or less to an intersection with the Southeasterly
line of Road Survey No. 987 as the right of way for said road
was conveyed to the County of San Diego ~ deed recorded
