Meridian, according to the United States Government S1j.rvey approved
November 19, 1880, and those portions of the Northeast Quarter' of
the Northwest Quarter, and the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 13, Township 14 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino
Meridian, accordoing to the United States Government Survey approved
August 29, 1890, all in the County of San Diego, State of California,
lying within a strip of land 10.00 fe.et of even' width, said 10.00
foot strip lying 5.00 feet on each side of the following described
center line:
Beginning at Engineers S,tation 14 plus 96.98p.OoT. on the
centerllne of the County Road as shown on the Map of County Road
S~rvey No. 1587, a plat of which is on file in the Office of the
Surveyor of SaIl Diego County; thence along said center line, North
10 54' 00" East 805.92 feet to the beginning of a tangent 1000.00
foot radius curve, concave Westerly; thence Northerly along the
arc of said curve., through a cel1tral angle of 60 45' 4.1" a distance.,
