Dear Rick:
Mr. Doughty just phoned and advised that Bill Rick had been
out to his property and went over theproIJosed plans for the sewer
and drainage easements. .They appear to be satisfactory to Mr.
Doughty,
This letter, therefore, is to confirm this understanding:
That we will accept $1, 100 for an easement for drainage purposes
along the route indicated in your condemnation complaint and for an
easement for sewer purposes through the westerly half of the Doughty
property.
Rick further indicates that the draiimge easement will be
constructed in such. a fash.ion as to allow no spill over on the Doughty
property, and in conjuns.tion therewith the: point adjacent to the
drainage ditch will be fiUed in. Rick {urther .represented that the
