Commencing at the Southeast corner of land described as "Access for Water
Storage Project Site" in Exhibit "B" of deed to Poway t~unicipal Water
District recorded June 29, 1971, as File.No. 138918 of Official Records
of said County; thence Westerly along the Southerly line thereof,
North 88053'05" West, 437.22 feet to the beginning of a tangent 270.00
foot radius curve concave Southerly, said point being the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence leaving said Southerly line along the arc of said
curve through a central angle of 18009'00" a distance of 85.53 feet;
thence tangent to said curve, South 72057' 56" West, 100.00 feet to the
beginning of a tangent 330.00 foot radius curve concave Northerly; thence
along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 36017'57" a dis-
tance of 209.07 feet; thence tangent to said curve, North70044'07" West,
100.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent 270.00 foot radius curve con-
cave Southerly; thence along the arc of said curve thnough a central angle
of 18008' 57" a distance of 85.53 feet to a point of tangency and a point
of cusp in said Southerly line of said District land;. thence Easterly

struction and maintenance of said. c, Highway: RESERVING unto grantor of the above described parcel of land,
his successors or assigns, the right to eliminate such slopes and/ci"rdraihage structures or portions thereof, when in the
written opinion ofJhe ~".~.District Engin'eer of Grantee, the necessity therefore is removed by substituting
other protection, support and/or drainage fa<<i1ity, provided such substitution is first approved in writing by said
Engineer(s).
The Grantor ~.ereby further grants to Grantee all trees, growths (growing or that may hereafter growl. and road building
materials vvithin .5aidright-of'way, including the right to take water, together with the right to use the same in such
manner anda"t such locations a55aid Grantee may deem proper, needful or necessary. in the construction, reconstruction,
improvement or maintenance of said highway.
The Grantor, for himself, his successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for any and all damages to Grantor's re-
maining property contiguous to the right-of-way hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction, landscaping
or maintenance of said highway.
