By accepting the interests conveyed herein the City of Powayagrees to maintain
such area as a publ ic park, amusement or recreational area for the benefit and use

This conveyance is made on condition that should the property herein conveyed not
be used pursuant to Section 25550.5 of the Government Code then all right, title
