WHEREAS, th,e sewerage system has been c~mstructed in accordance
with District specifications and the Developer has filed and recorded
a Notice of Completion on September 6, 1979
NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE POMERADO COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT DOES HEREBY ,RESOLVE N,D ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
