By Agreement Respecting Temporary Water Connection filed for
record on March 3'1, 1972, File/page No. 79874, Book 1972, Of,f'icia:l:Records
of~the San Diego County Recorder, Mary A. Fries and Emela C. Lemire, as
owners of the lands within the boundar.ies of poway Municipa,l Water
District, ,San Diego County, California, described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, acknowledged for- themselves and their successors, their
understanding and agreement that POWAY MUNiCIPAL WATER DISTRICT would
permit a temporary connection for a water supply to said property
subject to condition that "Should District or others hereafter install
or provide a District. water main adjacent 'to Owner's property which
would extend to Owner's property so as to serve all portions thereof,
the temporary connec,tion permit by this, agreement shall, _upolLdemand
by the District; be terminated." Said condition has been satisfied
and POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT will now furnish water from the
District main adjacent to owner's property and the Agreement is of
,no further force and. effect. '
