acknowledged for himself and .his successor..s", his understanding and.
agreement~hat POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT would permit a, temporary
connection for a water supply to said property subject to condition

Said condition ,has ,been satisfied and POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
