as owner of the lands wtthin the boundar ie's of poway Municipal Water
District, San Diego County, California, described in Exhibit "A" attached.
hereto, acknowledged for herself and her successors, her understanding and
'agreement that POWAYMUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT would permit a temporary
connection for a water supply to said property subject to condition that
"Should District or others hereaft'er ins'tall or provide a District water
main adjacent to Owner's property which would extend to Owner's property
'so as to serve all portions thereof , the temporaryconnectiori permit, by
this agreement shall, llPon demand by the District, be terminated." 'Said
condition has been satisfied and POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT will now
furnish water from the '..District main adjacent to owner's property and the
Agreement is of no fur'ther force and effect.
