2. ::theconnection provided uj1derthe terms of this agreement
shall be availa.ble ,to serv:ewa,ter to the property of Owner, as above
described, only so long as such connection shall serve only one parcel.
Such service and use of the' connection may be terminated by the District
upon thirty days' writ,:t:en notice add~essed to Owner at their last known
address on file in the District in the event the service is extended to
any division of theproper,ty into two' or more separate parcels to be'
served from such connection, or in the event of the construction of two
or more residences thereon.

3. Sho,uld D'istYict or ',others herea.fter' install or provide a
Di~trict water main qdjace[lt to Owner's property or at a location from
which District then de,termines 1s to pe the point of permanent con-
,~ection, the ,terripora'ry, connection pe:rmittE)d by this agreement shall,
UPOIl, demand by the District, be terminated. After such termination,
cJ:~yf,uture water ser:vice sha.1l;be proyided by a. connection to the, new
District.mainupon the Payment to District' by 'Owner of any cha.rges
aIl9- fees then established' by District. The amount of such charges
and fees shall include tllose District then cha.rges for providing a
meter and service, to the new main I toget!:1.;r, wh'h such other reason-
ab,le charges as District ma.yestablish, including a proportionate
share of the cost of instal1'ation of such new main.
, 4. Any breach or violation of the terms and conditions estab-
l':Lshed by this agreement or of District !,srules and- regulations shall,
at the opt,ion of Distric::~',permit District tote:r:rninate this agreemeI'!t
and theternpo'rary, connec,ti,oIl ,if such breach oi' violation is not cured
w;ithinthir,ty. days af.ter written notice given. OINner or 'their 5ucces'sors
in,' in.terest by District. In the event of ,such termination, District
may disconnect the line without any further liability or obligation

of a special assessment district", pursuant to the provisions of either
