WHEREAS,
May 25, 1977
pursuant to Resolut~6n No. 77-83 adopted
, the Pomerado County Water District has entere~
i'nto an ag-reement with W 'T' H~818n(j
for the ,construct ion of a public sewer system in the proj ect known as
Carriage Estates Unit No.1
and,
WHEREAS,
W, T. Haaland
has submi tted
a plan for the construction of the sewer system in the project which has
been approve'd by PomeradoCounty Water District; and,
WHEREAS, the sewerage system has been ~onstructed in accordance
with District specifications and the Developer has filed and recorded
a Notice of Completion on April 18, 1978
NOW, THEREFORE,THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE POMERADO COUNTY
, WATER DISTRlcr DOES HEREBY .RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The Grant by W, T. Haaland
of the public sewer system in Carriage Estates Unit No, 1
is accepted this date.
Section 2: A copy bf the Grant is attached hereto and in-
corporated herein as Exhibit, "A".
