ment that POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT would ,permit a temporary connec~
tion for a water suppiy to said property sub.jec,t to condition that "Should
District or others hereaf.ter ,install or provide' a District water main
adjacent to Owner's proper.tywhich would extend to Owner's property so
as to serve all portions thereof, the temporary connection permit by this
agreement shall, upon demand by the District, be terminated." Said condi-
tionhasbeen satisfied and POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT will now fur-
nish water from the District main adjacent to owner's property and the
"Ag-reement is of' no further force and effect..
