Dear Mr. & Mrs. Confrancesco:
Our records show that a meter installed under temporary water
connection to serve property now owned by you can be relocated
to front your property on the La Manda Drive line extension as
shown on the enclosed map. The prbpertybeing served is 15332
La Manda Drive (meter installed on Hilltop Circle North, Baldan
Extension Main, Sheet 3, Station 23 to 1).
Please consider this our formal request for the relocation in
compliance with Section 3 of the agreement, copy enclosed.
Application for this work should be made, at the Customer Service
Office prior to. February 24, 1978. Fees due and payable at the'
time application is made will be $75.00 (meter), $150.00 (lateral),
and $300.00 (connection fee). You will be refunded the value of
material salvageable from the old meter when it is removed,
normally about 1/2 to 2/3 of its cost.
