ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST
The undersigned hereby grants, assigns and transfers to
POWAY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY all beneficial interest under
that certain Deed of Trust dated April 24, 1990, executed by
POMERADO CLUB, INC., a California corporation, Trustor, to
L.G.F. ENTERPRISES, INC., a California corporation, Trustee,
LOUISE L. YEARICKS, a widow, Beneficiary, recorded as
Document No. 90- 233673 on April 30, 1990, Official Records
of San Diego County, California, describing land therein as
that portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 23, Township 14 South, Range 2 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian in the County of San Diego,
State of California, more particularly described on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto.
Said beneficial interest was assigned to LOUISE L.
YEARICKS as Trustee of the LOUISE L. YEARICKS TRUST 1991
(created by a Declaration of Trust dated January 29, 1991),
by Assignment recorded as Document No. 1991- 0058793 on

Said beneficial interest passed to JAY CHARLES YEARICKS
and GLORIA YEARICKS, Trustees of the LOUISE L. YEARICKS
TRUST 1991, by Document

Records of San Diego County, California.
The beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust passed
of record to GLORIA YEARICKS, Trustee of the LOUISE L.
YEARICKS TRUST 1991, by Document
No. 1999- 0754080 recorded on November 15, 1999, Official
Records of San Diego County, California.
TOGETHER WITH the note therein described in the original
principal sum of $328,750.00 dated April 24, 1990, the money
due and to become due thereon with interest, and all rights
accrued or to accrue under said Deed of Trust.
