AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POW~Y, CALIFORNIA
CHANGING THE ZONING CIASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERPIES
(ZC 85-01A, 85-01B, 85-01C AND 85-01D)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pow-ay has approved General Plan
Amendments as follows:

GPA 85-01A amending the land use designation of the property owned by
Kathryn Raulston frcm Residential Rural C to Residential Rural A;
GPA 85-01B amending the land use designation of the property owned by
Gladys H. Kent frcm R~_sidential Single Family 2 to Residential Rural C;
GPA 85-01C amending the land use designation of the property owned by
Harry Z. Marx and Edward K. and Joyce J. M~rmon frcm Residential
Condcmini%~uto Residential Single Family 5;

GPA 85-01D amending the land use designation of the property owned by
R~ss William and Bruce Barnes frc~u Residential Apartment to Residential

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF i~)NAY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The zoning classification of a portion of the real property described
as Assessor Parcel Number 317-440-38 and 317-611-01 located west of
Pequot Drive between Heritage Hills and Rancho Arbolitos and consisting
of approximately 17.56 acres total, is hereby changed frcm Rural
Residential C (RR-C) to Rural Residential A (RR-A);
The zoning classification of a portion of the real property described
As Assessor Parcel Number 314-194-45 located on the north side of Twin
Peaks Road, west of Midland Road and consisting of approximately 5.88
acres, is hereby changed fr(mu Residential Single Family 2 (RS-2) to
Rural Residential C (RR-C);
The zoning classification of a portion of the real property described
as Assessor Parcel Number 317-501-01 and 02 located on the south side
of Oak Knoll Road, east of Pcalerado Road and consisting of approxima-
tely 1.8 total acres, is hereby changed from Residential Condc~inium
(RC) to Residential Single Family (RS-7), with the exception of that
portion of the property in the floodway/floodplain which shall remain
Rural Residential C;
The zoning classification of a portion of the real property described
as Assessor Parcel Number 317-490-33 and 36 located on the west side of
Carriage Road, north of RDca Grande Drive and consisting of approxima-
tely 1.27 total acres, is hereby changed from Residential Apartment
(RA) to Residential Condcmini~u (RC).

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after the date
of its passage; and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it shall be published once with the names and members voting for and
against the same in the Poway News Chieftain, a newspaper of general circulation
published in the City of Poway.
Introduced and first read at a regular w~cting of the City Council of the
City of Poway held the 9th day of April, 1985, and thereafter PASS,I) AND ADOPTED
at a regular meeting of said City Council held the 16th day of April, 1985, by
the following roll call vote:
