OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING, TO MAP THEREOF NO. 13339, FILED IN THE
OFFICE OF THE COUNTY'.RECORDER OF SAN.DIEGO COUNTY, JULY 5, 1996.
In consideration of the approval of a Building Permit to construct a guest house on the
above - referenced property by the.City of Poway ( "CITY" hereinafter), OWNERS hereby agree that
the guest house,shall never be rented or leased as a ..separate unit; no complete kitchen facilities
shall be installed; and no gas connection or 220V electricity will be installed.
This Covenant shall run with the land and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the
future- owners, encumbrances, successors, heirs, personal representatives, transferees and
assigns of the respective parties.
In the event that a Building Permit is never obtained, for the' detached structure :at the

request, ' "of `the OWNER, the CITY ;shall, expunge this Covenant from the' record title of the -_

If' either party, Is required to incur costs to ,enforce! the provisionst of, this. Covenant„ the
